Frederick Schilling, founder of the pioneering socially-responsible organic Dagoba Chocolate brand, after selling Dagoba went on to co-found Big Tree Farms in Bali, which has grown into SE Asia’s largest organic supply chain with close to 14,000 organic farmers, focused especially on coconut and cacao products. Frederick also co-founded AMMA Chocolate, Brazil’s leading premium chocolate manufacturer and is a founding member of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association.
